Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@urgaza.com with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Please note: customers are not required to return damaged products.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment.
Returns
Due to the nature of our international shipping and made-to-order fulfillment, we do not require physical returns for most items.
Returns are reviewed only in exceptional circumstances and must be approved in advance by our support team.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
